RESTAURANT DAY JULY 9th
On July 9th from 12 a.m. till 9 p.m., more than 500 guests visited the one-day charity Restaurants in SWISSAM Business School.This summer in SWISSAM Business School were presented three pop-up restaurant with different concepts of street food: 1. Max Diner Burgers - one of the symbols of America, an important element in its history and material culture. Guests tried authentic American cuisine meals: breakfast, delicious burgers, milkshakes, chocolate brownies, lemon tarts with a lot of ice cream. Throughout the day were playing hits of Elvis Presley, also was held a master class on twist. 2. Fun.Sun.Set - healthy and wholesome food, detox drinks, delicious cocktails. The uniqueness of this project was that all the food supplied on skewers, from appetizers to desserts. Guests could enjoy the sunshine, the beach, the real summer atmosphere of fun, played various games, and it was held a photo session on the lawn. 3. Ippolite-Cosmopolite- restaurant, based on street food of five continents. This projects formed memories of gastronomic travel. Everyone could enjoy street food in the author's interpretation. A variety of drinks conquered all guests. Spicy and hot burrito, Caesar Roll, croquettes, panna-cota, great music and a lot of positive emotions brighten up this Saturday. Each guest could find a dish for his taste. All proceeds were directed to the charity fund "Deti Pavlovska" and "Rusfond". We congratulate our graduates!
