It includes: a comfortable, robust frame, an 11 kW electric drive, a loading hopper equipped with a flap for adjusting the supply of raw materials, an electric brazier with a stirring device and viewing windows, an outlet from the brazier is also equipped with a flap, a barrel with the ability to install various types of screws for the corresponding types raw materials, container for collecting oil, control cabinet with control devices. The principle of operation is quite simple. Raw material from the loading hopper flows by gravity into the brazier. The roaster, using electric heating elements, heats the seeds to the desired temperature, which is controlled by a sensor located on the control cabinet panel. Further, the product enters the working area of the oil press, namely the barrel of the extruder. There the seeds are crushed and pressed. The resulting oil flows out of the working areas through the slotted holes of three grained cylinders equipped with casings. The oil passes through a sieve and it is collected in a collection container. The oil cake comes out at the end of the extruder barrel. The thickness of the oil cake is adjusted with a nut.
