This Effect is CRAZY using just Blender Cloth!

This is a pretty simple effect to pull off in Blender, and it handles it pretty well considering. Cloth can be hard to control but this worked. Great for zombie or waking vampire type effects. Patreon: https://patreon.com/kevbcg
