Все работают и это значит что понедельник начался правильно. Ну а выходные оставили для нашего парня по обработке корзину деталей.

Старичок 3D принтер Anycubic Mega S, купленный на авито, у нас их 3 штуки и они прекрасно справляются со своими задачами. Но иногда им необходимо лечение, как правило оно простое на уровне замены недорогих элементов, типа подшипников. Так что если вы на постоянной основе занимаетесь 3Д печатью формируйте ЗИП из основных расходников, ведь имея тот же подшипник время на замену уйдет 10 минут, а если нет? то не 10 минут, а минимум 10 дней.

Такие тонкостенные детали лучше делать на SLA 3Д принтере, но мы не делаем штучные заказы по этой технологии уж больно много грязи. Не хотели брать данный заказ, но решили поэксперементировать и протестить еще раз возможности FDM принтера Ultimaker 2+ и он конечно говоря справился с тонкими элементами, далеко не каждый FDM 3Д принтер потянет такую деталь. Постобработка конечно это была дичь, хотя и тут Ultimaker справился с поддержками не припаяв их на глушняк, сопло 0,25 слой 0,1 пластик PLA.

Следите за проводами - это пожарная безопасность, разъемы не должны греться и не должно быть постороннего запаха плавленной проводкой. Есть подозрение, сразу отключайте и проверяйте.
