Тот случай когда без 3Д печати никак, такие заказы попадаются достаточно часто, когда не хватает какого либо элемента и купить его негде. Либо узел в сборе, а это дорого, либо очень долго как в данном случае: панель есть но в США и ждать ее 2 месяца, а машина рабочая и простаивает. Сотни таких деталей спасли как небольшие узлы так и производства от простоя. Приятно быть частью этих узлов ведь мы внесли туда свой вклад, ну и конечно же при этом еще и заработали денежки. Anycubic Kobra 2/2Pro отваливаются детали с правой стороны. Такие комментарии я слышал и не раз, ну или не прилегают к печатающему столу. Все дело в оси Х она просто завалена с одной стороны, то есть одна сторона выше другой. Проверить это не сложно, после установки автоуровня проведите голову вдоль стола и посмотрите зазор между соплом и столом, он скорее всего разный. Устранить это не сложно, ослабьте винты крепления ролика ремня оси Z и вручную проверните ось Z выставив сопло на уровень стола, можно воспользоваться бумажкой. Зажмите винты и снова проверьте зазор между соплом и столом с обоих сторон, только будьте аккуратны прежде чем двигать сопло убедитесь что оно не уперлось в сам стол, если уперлось то подымите головку путем вращения оси Z. Да у 3Д принтеров Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro достаточно косяков оказалось после полноценного разбора, но эти косяки вполне устраняемы, поэтому жалко потраченного времени. Лучше разобраться с 1 проблемой неделю и купить 10 одинаковых принтеров с этой проблемой, чем купить 10 разных 3Д принтера и разбираться с 10 разными проблемами. Проблемы с прилипанием деталей к столу это системная проблема 3Д принтера Anycubic Kobra 2Pro, здесь о этом я уже вел речь https://www.youtube.com/shorts/LyaLkISSg0g и вот вторая часть решения. Выставляем зазор принудительно после автовыставления уровня стола, функция Z-Offset. Все достаточно просто: генерируем код на печать с медленной скоростью, запускаем печать, на экране выбираем Z-Offset и стрелочкой вниз постепенно понижаем параметр, ВНИМАТЕЛЬНО наблюдая за слоем, когда он стал плоским и хорошо впечатывается в стол нажимаем Confirm, параметр сохраняется для данного принтера и будет действовать и после выключения/включения 3Д принтера, до момента пока не сделаете сброс настроек или не проведете автовыставление уровня стола. Лично меня один из принтеров Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro просто достал. Чего я только с ним не делал, но первый слой не плотно ложится на стол, а накладывается как колбаса. Да и при этом изначально то печатал хорошо, все прилипало, и спиртом тер и бензином и с бубном ходил, НО НЕТ. В итоге нашел в меню сброс и сбросил настройки, заново все установил и проблема ушла, возможно на время, но все же. Первое что надо смотреть как ложится первый слой плотно или нет, да и скорость первого слоя лучше занизить.
