Наверное все же надо, но далеко не всегда, десятки тысяч деталей вышли с конвейера вполне прекрасными без сушки, однако прецеденты странных поломок нагруженных деталей были и мы решили прислушаться к рекомендациям и купить сушилку. Да и таскать нейлон домой на кухню в духовку не хочется. Так как 3д принтеров много и есть поток пластика, решили начать с сушилки на 4 катушки. Есть итальянский замок для межкомнатных дверей с механической защелкой, а надо сделать его магнитным. Вот такую задачу поставил заказчик. За основу взят магнитный замок но большего размера. Разобрали оба и начали кумекать, переделали защелку, установили в нее магнит, сделали вставку, которая сузила размер отверстия. И вуаля). Но не все так было просто, магнит надо было установить под таким углом и на такую глубину чтобы это работало иначе он то не вылазил, то не залазил, то еще куда нибудь примагничивался))) Печатали детали на anycubic kobra 2 pro, пластик PETG от компании 78125 заказанный на ОЗОН, кстати неплохой пластик, минус что без катушки, но качество хорошее. Достаточно часто клиенты отказываются от изготовления заказа на 3Д принтере по причине того что нет 3д модели и ее надо рисовать, а отрисовка многих 3д моделей стоит не дешево. Когда речь идет о индивидуальной разработке то тут конечно нет смысла рисовать бесплатно, а вот если деталь или объект могут иметь не разовый спрос, то тут можно и бесплатно отрисовать, ну для себя бесплатно, а потом такие изделия могут получить спрос и 3д модель окупится без проблем.
