Когда я перешла на московское время в работе, ушло немало сил, чтобы не путаться: у них Мск, у меня +2. Каждую встречу и урок я вслух проговаривала:
«Так… если по Москве 10:00, значит у меня 12:00. Не наоборот. Не перепутать. НЕ ПЕРЕПУТАТЬ.»
Со временем мозг адаптировался - он смирился, что живёт в одном времени, а работает в другом.
И всё было хорошо… пока не появились уроки с подругой из Омска.
Разница с Омском всего -1 час, и я решила:
«А давай не по Москве, а по Омску, так даже удобнее!»
Не-а.
Каждый пятый раз я автоматически ставила +1 к Омску, вместо –1, потому что мозг привык, что я всегда позже. Иногда я это понимала через пару часов. Иногда - в момент, когда урок уже должен был начаться 🤡
Я сделала вывод: У меня болезнь часовых поясов.
Сейчас я уже научилась жить с этим диагнозом…
НО! Недавно появилась новая ученица из Омска.
И что вы думаете?
Мой мозг такой:
«О, мы это уже проходили!»
и снова поставил +1 к Омску, вместо +2 к Москве.
Хорошо, что я была дома и увидела сообщение «Я на связи!».
Было очень неловко 😅
Вывод:
Ученики из Омска - в особой зоне риска.
Их я теперь буду перепроверять по 10 раз, прежде чем вносить в календарь.

Иногда нормально сказать: «Подожди, я уточню». Иногда - признать ошибку и перепроверить. Это часть процесса, никто не застрахован от ошибок, и учителя тоже. Главное - исправить и пойти дальше.

🎂 “To have one’s cake and eat it too” means wanting it all, even when it doesn’t really work that way.
You want both options, no compromise.
🪶 Examples:
✨She wants a rich boyfriend, but also wants him to spend all his time with her. She’s trying to have her cake and eat it too.
