Problem with excess paper feeding in NiimBot D110 - 2

When printing is complete, the printer ejects blank paper without stopping. Technical support is unable to assist in resolving this defect. The product is also not eligible for replacement. There is no warranty as such. We were denied the opportunity to purchase the necessary spare parts and upgrade the software.
