Click File. Click Print. Click the Printer drop-down menu, and select your printer from the list. Click Properties, Preferences or Printer Properties. Click the Finishing tab. Select the Print On Both Sides check box. From the Booklet Layout drop-down menu, click the Left binding or Right binding option. The Pages per sheet option will automatically change to 2 pages per sheet. Click OK.
