Школа Английского Языка в Пушкино_ Качественное образование в России _ winter walk 2 What to eat and how to live when you are not young anymore but you would like to be active and mobile??? There is a lot of advice on this matter and I think I won’t be original))) Nevertheless, I practice some activities which could be sensible for elderly people))) What I will say comes from my personal experience and it is not just a theory… But first, I would like to ask a couple of question))) -Is porridge in the morning tasty or yak??? -Is salt pork yummy or disgusting??? The list of such questions is limitless and the discussion is endless and pointless… What is good for me sometimes is not appropriate for you at all… Plus there are things that you can’t change even if you wish… You can’t change your inner core… it is like a mother board in a computer with BIOS inside and you can not rewrite it… it is in your genes… it is in your sells, in your fabric… And if I suggested something which against your genes, your inner core it would be to do violence to your soul, body and mind… And I do not want to brake or harm anyone neither mentally nor physically… Besides, there are lots of different circumstances like difference in age and sex, education, income, upbringing, social status, place of birth, cultural patterns and so on and so forth… which influence your style of living… So I can give only general recommendation how to support health for elderly people and to hope that some ideas will bring a little bit of help and relaxation))) Take care, Alex January 18, 2026
