Help! Tp-Link TL-WR741ND Bricked while updating firmware

This happened after the firmware upgrade with the last version, now the router is dead and when I powered up, all lights are on and off simultaneously after few seconds. I follow the instruction viewed on many forum to connect and try to reset via serial port with a USB DKU-5 cable but on the PuTTy console show me garbage and doesn't allow me to write the "tpl" command, any suggestions? thanks in advance
