There are two ways to connect and use the Tranquil Moments Baby. The first is to connect the monitor directly to a device. Start by downloading the free app from the App Store. Search TM Baby. Switch the Wi-Fi Connection Switch on the bottom of the Monitor to Direct Connect. Then plug one end of the power adapter into the monitor and the other into a wall outlet. You will see the Multi-Color Night Light illuminate for a couple of seconds. The Wi-Fi Connect LED indicator will blink rapidly while the monitor is searching for a connection. After several seconds, the Wi-Fi Connect LED Indicator will start to blink slowly indicating that the monitor is ready to connect. On your specific device go to the settings and make sure your Wi-Fi Connection is on. For apple devices select the “other” option in your device’s Wi-Fi menu. Enter the entire SSID address as it appears on your Monitor for “Name” Select “None” for “Security” Then select “Join” to add your Monitor as a Wi-Fi network. Select the Monitor’s SSID address in the Wi-Fi menu to connect. Then you can exit out of the settings window in your device and open up the Tranquil Moments Baby app. The Wi-Fi Connect LED Indicator will change from blinking to a solid blue and the video will live-stream. You are now up and running and can use your new Tranquil moments Baby Monitor and Sound Machine. Please not while in this mode your device can not connect to your home Wi-Fi at the same time.
