Dr. Barry Mehler is a Jewish-American professor of humanities at Ferris State University who founded the Institute for the Study of Academic Racism (ISAR).He is no fan of eugenics, and is a champion against it. Needless to say that has prompted criticism and attacks from those who support eugenics, such as the late Pioneer Fund head J. Philippe Rushton.
