So pay attention, first let's go to hp.com download the drivers they're here. You'll go and because they'll have the latest ones for your operating system and because the ones in the package are usually a bit old when you get it. You can also get user guides here if you loose them. Good gear guide says it's got 3.25/5 stars that sounds about right. It says poor photo printing quality and we'll go over that in a minute. When I do these I skip features because you can get that on any website. I go right to things you can't find just anywhere and in this case is reviews. They're not that easy to find and in particular note that out of 67 reviews here at Amazon 5 stars are 22 and 1 stars are 17, 17 1 star reviews that's not doing sound for this product. Let me show you, obviously there's some fine 5 star reviews and this one says good value basic printer and that's probably the best review you're going to see. This says something really interesting, don't buy if you want to travel because he didn't realize this but all HP printers are regionalized. That's not specific to HP other companies do that too. That means if you go to another country you can't get a cartridge for it. Now let me get in to the bad ones only, bad things to be expected at this price. Scanner okay, printer junk that's what this guy says. This guy says about the HP DeskJet F2480 I beg you not to buy this, I found that entertaining. Product life = 2 months, unreliable and temperamental, not sounding good, absolute mess not worth buying it. See this guy says it's a grand printer so the reviews are mixed. I wouldn't say these are good reviews though let me show you one last thing. Here you can buy a 6ft USB cable for this printer, don't fall for it. This is actually a fine price but you don't need a USB, any A to B USB cable will work just fine. For those that don't know this is the A this is considered USB A that's the plug your normal plug. B Is this that's what a lot of printers use. You also need to know about this there is discrepancy amongst reviews. This got 46 reviews, 91% recommend it 4.5 stars. When there's that kind of discrepancy you've got be really careful. This if I were guessing and I can't prove anything about this. But I would guess there's a little bit of review stuffing going on here where people will put in positive reviews or just not paying a whole lot of critical attention. So this was my review, short and sweet. I can't honestly recommend this but I've got a better idea for you. If you go to below the video there's a link and that will show you what I think is much better deal for you at the same price, so you don't buy hp deskjet f2480 and end up regretting it.
