In this video it was shown how to upgrade Microsoft Failover cluster from windows 2012 R2 to windows 2016 1. create iscsi shared disk and configure on all 3 servers 2. configure msfailover cluster on windows 2012 R2 (mcs2012r2one 3. Add mcs2012r2two server to cluster 4. install SQL 2016 and create SQL database instance on server Mcs2012r2one 5. install SQL database on mcs2012r2two and add to cluster 6. Add mcs2016 to failover cluster 7. Install SQL on mcs2016 and add to existing cluster 8. move dbinstance to mcs2016 9. remove mcs2012r2one and mcs2012r2two from cluster 10. Upgrade cluster functional level to version 9 11. Add msc2019 to failover cluster 12. install sql on mcs2019 and add to cluster 13. move dbinstance to mcs2019 14. remove the 2016 box from cluster 15. upgrade cluster functional level
