Tenda FH303 can not save Manual DNS Settings

This cheap router is quite good, but with a quirky setup page. It fails to save manual DNS settings properly, as shown in the video. The router always reverts back the DNS settings to Auto, which is basically the provider's DNS, disregarding the changes made by the users.
