Signing of the Agreement between the University of Oum El Bouaghi and the Ural Federal University
On July 27, within the framework of the Russia-Africa Summit in St. Petersburg, the rector of the Ural Federal University signed three agreements in the field of education and science with African universities. One of them is the Memorandum of Understanding between the University of Oum El Bouaghi and the Ural Federal University. The memorandum was signed by Victor Koksharov and Zohir Dibi, the rector of Oum El Bouaghi University. The agreement opens opportunities for development of cooperation in the sphere of education, science, academic mobility of students and teachers.
