In the first episode of The Tech Support Show, George shows you how to enable wireless security on your home router to prevent hackers from stealing your personal informationand damaging your computer. Show Notes: Type your router's ip address into your browser's address bar and enter the login credentials. Click on wireless settings and choose WPA-PSK or if you have it, WPA2-PSK. Click apply. Now when you connect to your router it will ask you for your passphrase. You may be able to locate your routers ip address and login credentials by looking underneath your router. If you cannot locate it search on the internet for your make and model of your router followed by what you want to search for. e.g: Netgear DG500 ip address.
