Baldur's Gate 2 : Twisted Rune battle Solo
A solo battle against the Twisted Rune. The character I used is a level 9 fighter dualled into a mage (now level 13, mid battle level 14). This is how I completed the battle with a small amount of protections and with some luck. Spells used : stoneskin, mirror images, ghost armor, haste, improved invisibility and death fog. Items that really helped a lot : Flail of Ages +3, Robe of Vecna, Amulet of Power (for negative plane protection). The cheap way of killing the last mage was the wand of cloudkill. Was hoping to crush her head, but both my char and she were invisible and neither I nor her could cast spells or attack. Of course, the supreme wand of cheese saved my life... Special thanks to BioWare for the marvelous game, and to those that made Fraps. Sorry for the VERY bad quality of the sound... am a complete noob in this. Also, sorry for the sudden jumps made from various steps. Rebuffing was necessary in the process.
