Transient & Eerie - Tears of the Exorcist (original full length)

Transient & Eerie's video for the single Tears of the Exorcist, originally released on June 23, 2020. Get the full sound quality version on iTunes, Google Play, Yandex, Tidal, Shazam and most other online stores. There is a shorter version, remix that cuts the lull between the two vocal performances and blends them in, published on Feb. 16, 2021 and available on music stores as well as remix. The title is a wink and a hommage to Nick Williams for his "Tears of the Sorcerer", a masterpiece from the C64 era available publicly in SID format. In this composition, I blended in a Polivoks baseline and several tracks of Soma Lyra 8, then sang over the ensemble. The background imagery originates from my photography of: - Assyrian artefacts from the British Museum during their temporary exposition in Ermitage, St-Petersburg in February 2020 (sweet, divine justice that this exposition came to me, before coronahysteria went in full swing; I referred to this collection in my lecture on Aramaic Primacy) - Ancient ruins in Cyprus (mostly unrelated) and - a few photographs from Jerusalem (including the evanlegical representation of Jesus' tombstone, a short walk outside the Old City) https://www.transientandeerie.ninja
