УЗИ брюшной полости - Желчный пузырь, свободная жидкос
Пациентка 21 год пришла в университетский КДЦ на УЗ-контроль полипа желчного пузыря в поликлинику, в предыдущих заключениях врач сомневался полип это или перетяжка. На УЗИ в желчном пузыре действительно визуализируется что-то типа полипа или перетяжки. В малом тазу справа до 20 мл свободной жидкости с септами и эхогенным содержимым(кровь?) рядом с образованием по типу яичника с геморрагической кистой. После озвучивания находки в малом тазу, пациентка призналась, что ее, кроме полипа, беспокоят боли внизу живота. Рекомендована срочная консультация гинеколога и контроль УЗИ через 2 недели. On ultrasound in the gallbladder something like a polyp or fold is visualized. In the right small pelvis upto 20 ml of free fluid with septa & echogenic content (blood?) near the lesion type of ovarian with a hemorrhagic cyst is visualized. After the patient was hear about the findings in a small pelvis, she confessed that, besides the polyp, she was troubled by the pains in the lower abdomen. Urgent consultation of a gynecologist and monitoring of ultrasound in 2 weeks was recommended.
