➡️ On April 15-16, the conference "Food Safety 2025" was held in Moscow. Over two days, more than 30 speakers spoke: representatives of federal authorities, research institutes, large businesses in the food industry, including HoReCa and retail, and heads of industry unions. The conference was held under the motto: "Quality culture is the basis of development"! ➡️ The conference was dedicated specifically to the problem of a culture of quality and the use of Best Practices as a tool for shaping this culture. For the first time, the event was held in a hybrid format. The conference was attended by more than 300 people in person. In two days, the broadcast time was 14 hours. More than 8000 online views were recorded from Russia and 25 foreign countries. ➡️ Together with experts, including representatives of Roskachestvo, the Ministry of Economic Development, Energoatominvest LLC, Rosenergoatom Concern, Rosatom State Corporation, NPC Agropishcheprom, the Institute of Public Catering of the V.M. Gorbatov Federal Research Center for Food Systems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and many others, we managed to discuss a number of important topics. Representatives of the Association of Sanitary Doctors, Elena Aleksandrovna Yadrovskaya and Elena Feliksovna Pogrosheva, attended the conference as guests of the event. ➡️ Unique developments in the field of the food industry and ensuring safety in the production process, unique cases were presented; speakers shared their experience in implementing original solutions in retail, food production, and hospitality. We discussed the topic of successful audits and close cooperation between agricultural and food production enterprises. The conference also became a platform for presentations by representatives of research institutes, universities, and industry unions. The exhibition featured products from leading Russian manufacturers and suppliers of food safety solutions.
