Caroline Girvan - EPIC 5 Minute Warm Up - Full Body

This is a simple 5 minute warm up to follow along if you wish! We all have different bodies and areas where we may experience tightness or weakness more than others so this is simply a full body warm up that you can follow or change accordingly to make it more personal to you! I would advise to warm up the entire body prior to any workout, whether it is upper or lower body focused. We use our entire body to some degree whether we can performing bent over row or squats! Be sure to pay attention to your wrists and ankles… performing any dynamic stretching gently. I hope you enjoy the workout you smash following your warm up!
