T-MOBILE HOME INTERNET ISSUE - Router is on and connected but no internet service. Nokia 5G Gateway
T-Mobile Home Internet Service, TMHI having internet disconnection issue. Lots of people having same issue even after exchanging the gateway/router. This is known issue but T-Mobile Tech support is not acknowledging that its a problem. We have 13 business lines since last six months. Last month after getting tired with the issue and no solution so far, We have started switching from Tmobile Home Internet to Comcast again as the business was suffering while processing credit card transactions. If anyone have solution please let me know. Thank you.
