Featuring a specially designed hopper that prevents material from spilling during crushing and an efficient crusher with 8 blades driven by a chain, it ensures low noise and high efficiency. After crushing, the material falls in small pieces into the barrel where it is extruded by a screw and melted by two ceramic heaters, forming EPS blocks with a density of 500-600kg/m³. Over 20 tons can be loaded into one container, making it ideal for supermarkets, seafood markets, hotels, and more.
