The Ozone ZeNo's (Diablo) adventure. To pilots who don't know the rules: enter thermals the right way, don't cut them while others are already in. If the pilot turning in the thermal is distracted or not ready to react or you are not in sight , you put yourself and others at risk of collision. Look how others are turning and go in tangentially.
