How do I fix this problem? Increased emissions - 2006 BMW M5

Increased emissions turns on the Check engine soon light on the dashboard. I got this car last year and it had this increased emissions. When you connect a laptop you see that it means the engine misfires. In the beginning the engine had misfires in all 10 cylinders. Since then I replaced 10 ignition coils, 10 spark plugs, that didn't solve it, then I replaced the PCV valve, didn't solve it, replaced 4 o2 sensors, didn't help. Replaced the 2 fuel breather valves and it almost solved it. The engine now misfire in only 1 cylinder instead of all 10 cylinders Next thing I am going to do is replace the fuel filter and later I will get new fuel pump and hopefully this will solve the misfires and increased emissions warning messages. I also have difficulties cleaning the rims. Now this video is after short driving and I got the engine malfunction warning while driving the car. I stopped and connected the laptop again, new message is a misfire with cutoff. Turning off the engine and starting again removed the engine malfunction.
