Zebra motorized window blinds do not align correctly it is wavy! How to fix it from the support!

REVISED: The Zebra support people sent me a video showing how to fix this misalign problem, causing the waves in the shades when it is open. The blind is waving when it opens. See video. I tried moving the shades a little to the right and left when the shade is open or down, but it still does not fixed. Any idea or suggestions on how to fix this problem? Note that the other motorized blind of the same model and size works just fine.
