Although misalignment under some circumstances can cause vibrations, the most likely cause is a tire or wheel balance problem. QUESTION ? My car pulls to one side when I’m driving on the highway. What causes this? ANSWER ? The three main causes of pulling when driving are, in order: uneven tire wear, misalignment or power steering problems.
