AWDC Safari Thorns Cross 12th June 1983
On the 12th June 1983 the All Wheel Drive Club held a safari at Thorns Cross, Great Headon near Exeter in Devon. The joint Clerks Of The Course responsible for the layout and marking were Mike Scott, Steve Ballard and Dave Geech. Although a bright sunny day recent heavy rain had left some difficult passages at several locations around the course.
