#generator #wind #genealogical The generator is made for experimentation, for fun. I had about 20 long ferite magnets. And the idea came to make a generator with them. I had a good three-phase motor lying around for a long time from some kind of military device. Fortunately, the winding could not be re-washed (which frightened me most of all). Do not twist it Crete but as a generator he did not want to work and this is understandable the aluminum rotor. The most important thing was to pierce the rotor. Why don't I have a lathe. But I found on the Internet how this can be done using a grinder and a drill. The drill was firmly fixed, the rotor was clamped in it. The drill has a latching power button and a resistor speed regulator. And I cut off the excess with a grinder. Stopped probably 7 discs. All the snow was covered in dust. Therefore, whoever has a familiar turner, it is better to do this on a lathe. The magnets fit nicely around the rotor. With super glue, cold welding and eboksidkoy, I firmly attached them to the rotor. More or less tolerably balanced the resulting rotor. Excitingly inserted the rotor back into the stator. I connected it to a voltmeter. Spun - there is a voltage at the output !!! I twisted it with a drill - at the output of 170 volts from each winding. I plugged in the light and it was on. The power of the motor itself is 30 watts, so you can't jump higher. But in principle, the idea of a generator from an old three-phase motor turned out to be a good one. I assembled a housing for a generator from plastic pipes and a honey in its tail. When the wind is there, the tail shines. But in the Urals, winds are rare. Therefore, most of the wind turbine sticks out on the roof without moving. The video posted can be useful to someone.

Пневматический двигатель с асинхронным генератором. Срывается генерация. В чем причина? Пытаюсь на ходу подмагнитеть ротор, помогает но не на долго или совсем не помогает. Может слишком резко стартую? Магнитные потоки не успевают зацепиться.
